Man had 150 bags of heroin in Clinton Twp., prosecutor says

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A joint investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns, & Narcotics Task Force and the Clinton Township Police Department has led to the arrest of a Trenton man for narcotics offense, according to Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III.

Jonathon A. Rivera, 25, was arrested on February 8 in Clinton Township for third-degree possession of heroin with intent to distribute. He was allegedly in possession of 150 bags of heroin at the time of his arrest, Kearns said.

Rivera has been lodged in the Somerset County Jail pending his first court appearance.
