LOPATCONG TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Two Phillipsburg women are facing theft charges after allegedly stealing money from a purse last month.
Genesis Palma-Guardado, 20, and Selena Greenleaf, 20, were both charged with theft.
On Sunday, January 14, Lopatcong Police received a call in reference to theft of money from a purse at the PNC Bank located within the Hillcrest Plaza, police said.
Through video surveillance and an investigation, the suspects were identified as Palma-Guardado and Greenleaf, police said.
On Monday, Palma-Guardado and Greenleaf voluntarily turned themselves into the Lopatcong Police Department, police said.
Both were released pending a court appearance.
