HUNTERDON COUNTY:
- Califon Fire Company’s annual Carnival will run from July 2 through July 7 and will feature rides, carnival games, and carnival food. Fireworks will be launched on July 3 and 6. Wristband nights will be July 3, 4 and 5.
- Flemington-Raritan Parks and Recreation hosts fireworks at 9 p.m. on July 3. The upper parking lot of Reading-Fleming Intermediate School on Court Street will be open with a DJ providing music starting at 7:30 p.m. The rain date is July 5.
- Lambertville and New Hope will have fireworks on July 6 at 9:30 p.m. at the Delaware River Towns Chamber of Commerce.
- Lebanon’s Fourth of July Parade will start with a children’s parade at 8 a.m. on July 4 followed by a pet parade and house decorating contest before the main parade at 10 a.m. starting at Main Street from Route 22. After the parade a festival will be held in Holjes-Sheppard Park with a flag raising ceremony, presentation of awards, and games.
MORRIS COUNTY:
- Chatham Borough will have a fireworks display on July 4 starting at dusk with a parade preceding it at 10 a.m. at Chatham Middle School.
- Denville will host a fireworks show at Gardner Field on July 4 starting at 9:15 p.m.
- Dover’s Fireworks Celebration and Concert is July 3, starting at 6 p.m. at Hamilton Field. Fireworks start at 9:30 p.m. with fireworks at 9:30 p.m. Rain date is July 5.
- Florham Park’s celebration starts July 4 at 9 a.m. with a flag raising ceremony at Firehouse #1 on Brooklake Road. The parade will follow at 9:30 a.m. at Ridgedale Avenue and Brooklake Road. Fireworks will start at 8:15 p.m.
- Hanover Township’s Annual Patriotic Celebration of Fireworks is July 2 at Veteran’s Field, with music, food and other events starting at 6 p.m. and fireworks at dusk.
- Kinnelon will have a Fourth of July free car wash, with the opportunity to meet Kinnelon Fire Company volunteers and see equipment from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 4. This will be at the Route 23 Car and Van Wash.
- The Lake Hopatcong Yacht Club in Mount Arlington will have a fireworks display at dusk June 29.
- Mendham will have an Independence Day invocation followed by a flag raising and parade at 9 a.m. on July 4 at Brookside Community Club.
- Montville Township’s Fourth of July Celebration will go June 28-30 at Montville High School. Fireworks are June 30 at 9:30 p.m.
- Morris Plains’ Family Day & Fireworks begins at 5 p.m. June 30 at Morris Plains Community Park. Fireworks will go off at 9:30 p.m. Rain date is July 1.
- Morristown will have their annual reading of the Declaration of Independence at noon on July 4 with music, musket salute and free tours of the church and colonial-era graveyard. This will be at Morristown Green.
- Mount Olive Carnival July 11 – 15, 2018; (Rain Date: July 15th) 204 Flanders – Drakestown Rd. Budd Lake , NJ 07828. Thus very popular carnival draws over 20,000 visitors. Find a spot on the Great lawn while viewing an awesome aerial display of Fireworks on Saturday, July 7th @ Dusk
- Netcong will have a concert featuring two bands starting at 4 p.m. July 4 at DiRenzo Park.
- Parsippany-Troy Hills’ concert and fireworks begins at 7 p.m. and goes through 10:30 p.m. July 4 at Parsippanny Hills High School.
- Pequannock will have a fireworks display at dusk June 29 at Pequannock Township High School.
- Randolph Township’s Freedom Festival goes from 6-11 p.m. June 28-30 at County College of Morris. Fireworks at 9:45 p.m. on June 30.
SUSSEX COUNTY:
- The Sussex County Miners, an independent league baseball team in Frankford, will have a fireworks display July 4 after their game with the New Jersey Jackals. The game starts at 6:05 p.m.
- The annual fireworks display in Vernon, sponsored by the Vernon and Highland Lakes fire departments, will take place on June 30 at Lounsberry Hollow Middle School on Sammis Road. The gates will open at 4 p.m. Tickets are $25.00 for a family or group of four. Rain date will be July 1 or the next clear night.
- The Lake Mohawk County Club in Sparta is hosting a fireworks display at dusk July 3. Though viewing areas on part of the boardwalk are restricted to club members, large crowds typically gather in White Deer Plaza to view the show.
- Sussex Taps & Trucks plus Fireworks on Saturday, July 7, 2018; 11am to 10pm at the Sussex County Fairgrounds 37 Plains Rd Augusta, NJ 07822. Admission: $5 Kids under 10 free. This family event features over 25 gourmet food trucks, a beer garden with a craft beer & wine bar, live entertainment, fireworks, family and kids activities, including face painting and glitter tattoos Fireworks begin at 9:30 PM.Bring blankets & chairs, no seating provided. Dogs allowed.
WARREN COUNTY:
- Allamuchy will have fireworks at dusk June 30 at Rutherfurd Hall. Rain date is July 1. Bring your chairs, blankets, coolers and the entire family to enjoy music, awesome food vendors and an amazing Fireworks display. This is a free event. Buses will shuttle you from Panther Valley Ecumenical Church on Rte 517 in Allamuchy. Free buses will stop when we reach capacity. Rutherfurd Hall onsite parking passes are SOLD OUT. Park on premises at Rutherfurd Hall/MVS starting at 5:00 pm. Only those who purchase the prepaid passes will be permitted to bring a tent on property. Park at Allamuchy Township School on Johnsonburg Road. You are guaranteed a shuttle to the fireworks until 8:00pm. $15.00 per Offsite Pass. YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR ACTUAL PARKING PASSES AT RUTHERFURD HALL WEDNESDAYS 12:00-4:00 pm. OR CALL 908-852-1894 EXT 338 for appointment. - Blairstown Fourth kicks off July 4 at 10:30 a.m. and goes until 4 p.m. at Footbridge Park. There will be contest, food, vendors and a Duck Race. Fireworks will be at North Warren Regional High School at dusk.
- Washington Celebrates America with fireworks on July 4, 2018. Rain Date Sunday July 8, 2018. Music by Doc South & DJ Dave Rupell from 6:00 – 9:30 PM. Fireworks begin at dark and will be held at Warren Hills Middle School, on the athletic field.
