Clik here to view.On a Monday edition of the RNJ Morning Program, RNJ’s Morning Mike spoke with Matt Czigler, the owner of Czig Meister Brewing company in Hackettstown. This 15-barrel craft brewery has been an important addition to the downtown area. Matt, however, stopped by to share news of changes coming to the regulations which govern breweries like his. These changes have been proposed by the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control. One change that already received some publicity was that dogs are not permitted inside the brewery buildings. Other important changes concern food deliveries, which will not be permitted inside the brewery (you will have to meet your deliver person outside the door), and that breweries can no longer partner with local restaurants to provide menus. Matt noted that these changes – whenever they become official – will change some of the activities and events at Czig Meister. You can learn more by visiting czigmeiesterbrewing.com.
