Rev. Frank Fowler addressed the topic of “Turning Setbacks into Comebacks” as he interviewed Rocky Detwiler, who went from homelessness to become a successful businessman.
“Inside Centenary” – Tuesday, Nov. 1st @ 10:05 a.m.
During the first portion of the program, RNJ News Anchor Tom O’Halloren welcomed Assistant Professor of Creative Writing Emilia Phillips, and student Ariana Archilla to talk about an author visit from Megan Mayhew Bergman. In the second half of the program, Dr. Robert Miller, Vice President for Enrollment Management, discussed the November Open House.
“Help Brings Hope” – Wednesday, Nov. 2nd @ 10:05 a.m.
Presented by the Family Guidance Center of Warren County, RNJ News Director Joyce talked with staff and guests about the Traumatic Loss Coalition program and the School-Based Youth Services program. Guests Darrell Buckner and Jeff Greenfield explained the depth of services provided along with the continuing need.
“Newsline” – Thursday, Nov. 3rd @ 10:05 a.m.
In the first portion of the program, WRNJ News Director Joyce Estey welcomed Mary Vineis, Director of Community Response and Education at New Bridge, to talk about bullying. In the second half of the program Joyce interviewed Jessica McKinny, the Assistant Principal at Belvidere High School. They covered the success of the school’s fall sports teams, and transforming instruction to PARCC scores.
