GREEN TOWNSHIP, NJ (Sussex County) – A bus caught fire while traveling on Route 517 Saturday evening.
It happened shortly before 5:30 p.m near Kennedy Road.
The bus is owned by Air Brook Limousine, which is operated out of Rochelle Park, NJ.
The bus was heading back after dropping off passengers at a wedding. No one was on the bus at the time of the fire, according to an Air Brook Limousine dispatcher.
There were no injuries and it’s unknown what caused the fire.
Assisting Green Township at the scene was Allamuchy Township Fire Department, Andover Boro Fire Department, Byram Fire Department and Allamuchy-Green First Aid Squad.
