Presented by the Hackettstown Medical Center, hosted by Lisa Dimiceli, Manager of Marketing and Public Relations for the Foundation for Hackettstown Medical Center.
Lisa’s guests was Bridget Jones, Certified Diabetes Educator in the Nursing Education Department. They discussed how to handle tricky eating “traps”, quick and easy tips for “cheats” to help you navigate this season of eating, and touched on setting realistic expectations for healthier eating and living in the coming year.
“Educationally Speaking” – Wednesday, Dec. 20th @ 10:05 a.m.
RNJ News Director Joyce Estey is joined by her cohost, Dr. Will Austin, President of Warren County Community College. Dr. Austin shared a brief “year in review” report, followed by a conversation with Warren County Freeholder Rick Gardner on building plans for the college in the coming year. WCCC Foundation Director Samir Elbassiouny shared news of an upcoming fundraiser.
